KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has put various facilities online, the fund says.
He indicated that clients who wish to obtain services for loan applications and repayments, opening new accounts or making additional deposits into National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) accounts are advised to use the various online installations of PTPTN.
“These efforts are in line with PTPTN’s desire to completely digitize the end-to-end public delivery service,” he said overnight Wednesday, July 14. adding that these facilities would ensure that its customers are not affected although its counters are closed across the country following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The fund also said that applications for education loans can also be made online through the official PTPTN portal and the loan prepayment (WPP) can also be verified at www.ptptn.gov.my.
He added that for approved loan applications, students only need to submit their offer documents and loan agreements by post to PTPTN headquarters in Menara PTPTN here without having to come to the counter.
“Due to the pandemic, we have also offered flexibility by extending the document delivery period, which was announced through the official PTPTN portal. However, students are encouraged to submit their documents within the stipulated period, ”PTPTN said.
He said that for loan repayments, a total of seven online services are provided on the official PTPTN portal, including payment through fpx channel using bank account or credit card. , review of loan statement, request for salary deduction and automatic debit.
In addition, the PTPTN portal provides loan repayment facilities through various mobile phone application channels such as MyPay, Shopee, BESTPay, KiplePay, KelantanPay; Online banking services like JomPay; and e-Pay services at terminals at selected locations.
The same facilities are also provided on the official company portal and in various channels for matters related to FNSH.
